Building a great product is writing a screenplay of your customers. You need identify and communicate the motivations effectively

Thoughts on the PTOTD

Thinking of it like a screenplay, where every charactor is fleshed out properly (and no, not like a Marvel movie, but like a proper nuanced film), has two effects.

One, you can survey the overall ending (and they used the product happily ever after) and see if it logically connects to the story you’ve built.
Two, you can use that same thing to sell your product to investors and team members alike.

Note: You’re not actually writing a screenplay. Just approaching like one. You can use elements from good screenplay writing.
