VCs spread their risk across many different ideas. They’re not emotionally attached to any… Success gives them joy, but failure doesn’t send them spiraling into depression. Additionally, VCs carefully assess the risks associated and ensure that they’re not overexposed in a particular category. Similarly, PMs should manage their exposure in various ideas they’ve pitched.
