If you reflect on everything you’ve done in the last 2-3 sprints, you’ll find that 20% of efforts resulted in 80% impact, and vice-versa.
Which 20% cannot be found till you actually start doing the work… however, with time, your intuition will improve. Learn to reflect on your actions & decisions to identify which 20% worked and continue to prune your backlog.
