Preemptively play out scenarios in your head before you go into a meeting
Thoughts on the PTOTD
We have to live by the Scouts motto: Be Prepared. A scout is always prepared for unforeseen challenges. They’re trained to expect the unexpected.
One way to do that is to ensure that we’ve covered our ground when we go into meetings. Prepare beforehand – seek out potential ‘gotcha’ questions. Be prepared to throw data where possible. This will not only improve your knowledge, but also your reputation.
