We’re in a world where the definition of right changes every day. No matter how right you think you are OR how wrong the other person is, try to find a nice way to convey your point. If you face resistance, find a way that doesn’t hurt the other person. Your ability to influence someone is a direct function of how much they like you.
Remember, people don’t remember what you said as much as they remember how you made them feel.
