Early in your career, you have to make moves. Go for the big risks. Risk taking as good as it is the only way you’ll learn about your decision taking ability. Reliability is rarely sought in the early levels of your career. For upper levels, reliability is a factor. You’re judged by the number of ‘successful’ risks you’ve taken.
