Never underestimate the power you have… your ability to influence decision and orchestrate change is far more than what you give yourself credit for…
If you’re lucky, you’ll have terrible leaders when you’re starting out in your career. Take this as an opportunity to learn: Learn what not to do, learn about your influencing ability to create change, and finally, learn about your own leadership style.
Be change you want to see.
