Once I hit that 6 week mark what do you guys recommend I change? My goal is to lose weight and gain muscle but im not sprinting. So many times ive tried to do a gym plan I wound up hurting myself. Two weeks in and still enjoying it. Full disclosure as of right now im using PF and weight machines because, again, trying to not hurt myself.
