No matter what you believe is the right thing for the customer, backed by mountains of data, the only way you can get buy-in from your stakeholders and your customers is if you add context. Context answers more than “what’s in it for me?”. It answers “why should I care?”
Make a strong story line that captures the imagination. You can sell as many truths as you like, once that’s achieved.
